How long should the BreatheSync sessions be?

We recommend starting with 3 minutes a day and increasing slowly from there.

Some people stop at 5 minute sessions, some work up to 10 minute sessions. Using BreatheSync as a daily habit is encouraged - turn on notifications on the settings page to remind you. Some people use BreatheSync once a day in the morning, others use it regularly 3 times a day and others as and when they need to. See what works for you. Longer periods and increased frequency of use have shown faster improvements in WQ
If at any time you feel dizzy, just stop. Consult your doctor or physician.
